Реферат:	eng: The work is devoted to the definition of basic technogenic risks of development of industrial region, which is presented in the form of socio-natural-Technogenic system. The analysis and comparison of sources of man-caused hazards in the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Kemerovo Region, the definition of basic technogenic risks with subsequent estimation of values are given.
